good vpn

i'm trying to reduce my proxy costs by using a vpn.
i tried purevpn but my automated software couldn't solve captchas and i need a openvpn protocol

could anyone recommend a vpn that supports OpenVPN protocol and works well with automated tools.
also does it have a setting to stop captchas/certain software from going through the vpn connection.
