Bro DaVinci resolve and do it yourself. It's a little more complicated at first glance than others that are free and basic, But has EVERYTHING. If you ever have a video editing idea or concept you have seen, simply YouTube a howto it can do it all
Basically there is no way you don't have the time to grind away the editing yourself, and you will develop a skill and save money AND have the creative power to do whatever you want.

Da Vinci resolve it's free., what price? also learning video editing is not hard it took basically few days, what hard is making special effect, but now days there are a lot template you can use.
£600? do you ask holywood video editor? i know a lot editor get paid that much for full time job editing.
or here I can edit your video for you for $50 depending on the requirement, and length, except you as is 30 min long video lol

OP beware of scammers. Numbers you wrote are extremely high and not worth of paying to anybody for any kind of video.

Try using DaVinci Resolve, it is pretty good.
Didnt think that would be considered selling. Also don't imply im a scammer.

Check out flexclip on appsumo, it's on offer right now. It gives you access to premium stock videos and audios, ai voice and more. You can use it to create your videos. Or you can subscribe to other ai video makers.
If you want free other members have already given you suggestions.
After you begin to make some money or you can spend without worrying too much then you can hire some people create videos for you. Also, hire cheap video editors from asian countries.

Better check with fiverr you can hire editors at better price
Start learning video editing it won't take more than 5 hours to understand basic editing try mobile video editing apps too
