Good VCC to use?

Hey guys. Im looking for a VCC I can use for domain registration and web hosting. I need something where I can either enter in the billing address for it to use, or I can enter any billing address in the merchant and it will work.

I was seeing something about Vanilla mastercards.. but wanted to know if anyone had any other suggestions?
