ads4dough and maxbounty are good for email submits. EWA pays more than anybody else for free trials, Neverblues got some good offers too, and copeac is also pretty legit.

EWA is best for email and zip submits. MaxBounty has a lot too.
 
I second Maxbounty, Neverblue is great also but if you make only a few hundreds they pay you by checks, which takes a lot of time to clear.
 
do you know to start to promote cpa offer ?

I am building blog.But I have no idea how to get good traffic 10k visitors a day
 
AffiliateCashPile - a big number of offers, bi-weekly pay with no hold (!), the owner of that network is Cashnone so it is trustworthy :)
 
With the risk of sounding very noobish, what is this EWA some of you people mention? :p the other ones I know
 
neverblue i would avoid like the plague.. i know 2 ppl who they turned their info over to CL from the affiliate ID. these ppl got letters from attorneys..
