Good Traffic Sources

I am looking for a few platforms with good traffic sources as an advertiser. I have tried a few but still struggling to find good sources. Doesn't matter what niche traffic they provide. All I want is good flow of human traffic. Most of them are filled with bots which is quite annoying.
If anyone can let me know sources with good human traffic, It would be really helpful. Even if its costly, Its fine with me.

Bro, try Outbrain/Taboola for real traffic. Also look into RevContent, MGID and traffic from native ad networks like Ezoic. Push traffic from Zeropark is good too if you target right. Avoid cheap RTB sources, they’re mostly bots.
