What are some good places to start with advertising and / or quality traffic delivery for an e-commerce site that sells womens apparel?

Thats very simple collect leads using Ulead (do a search on here) and bam, you have targeted leads you can advertise your site to good luck!

You can also try putting together some Pinterest accounts and start building them up, Pinterest is very good for selling products to women. Look around on the forum for the different services and bots to help grow the account.

Create a syndicated bundle - Facebook page, pinterest boards and Twitter account. then run fb Ad targeted towards the target market.

I would try Instagram marketing, you can search for some woman with thousands of followers and pay her to promote your products, this method can work if she have a good relation with her followers.
