What is a good website or app that will mass DM on IG?

Also, what is the limit for DMing on IG?

bad idea too mass dm people especially if they are not following you, it will earn you a one way ticket to banville


but massplanner does provide a solution

I would only want to DM my followers or new followers.

that should be fine then.

there are a few apps that do that MP is one i believe and one that i trust
