Good to submit samew message in RSS every day?

Just want to know if it is necessary to submit same blog message every day in RSS or only 1 time and no more (i make 1 blog 1 message).

Because if you look pragram "all d*ay suc*ker" ping each pages of a domain and each time finish change ip
it's because they use proxies
but does it really work ??
