• SEO friendly
• Fast

The schema theme from my theme shop is a nice one.
Simple, beautiful, fast, seo friendly, etc..

Anything by StudioPress on the Genesis framework. Quick, well coded, little bit of a learning curve, but lots of options available. (No affiliation, just a fan!)

I've been using Newspaper theme a lot, but tried Generatepress a few days ago. It's super fast!

I would say one of the two above.
