Good Theme For Generic Rental Sites?

Hi All,
Im wondering if anyone knows of a good generic theme thats free that I can use on hundreds of sub domains for my rental site scheme for different proffessions in my area.

Basically for sites that you rank and rent out such as plumber.intownnamehere.com it would just be a generic template with an article about the service and a banner add or something nothing flash.

If you can share what you use thatd be awesome. Im looking at using the following theme.

I would change the text accordingly put their logo at the top and the image of the deer woud be a map of the town or something else.

Do you think that would do the job? the big button would be their phone number.

how much are you planning on renting them for? i mean, if it's over a hundred bucks i'd try something a little nicer. i know, i know, you don't wanna use the pay ones, BUT if you get a lot of clients the $400 one time pay commercial license would be worth it.

I am sorta working on this business model as well.

I simply picked 5-7 themes that I like from themeforest, and continuously use them over and over again.
Not only I dont have to pick themes everytime, but I also got used to them. This allows me to develop sites much easier.
And since they are pretty good looking themes, I dont have to spend too much time designing them neither.

sorry been afk a while and no i didnt get this idea from net pay methods never even heard of it. It was just something i thought of because I was thinking of the whole directory thing. ill pm you @ jeffrey
