Good stats, no sales?

Hello BHW, ive just recently created a website made ad campains and the all the stats are great and there is people comming into my store ( aprox 100people a day). But the most important factor is still dry. No sales, not even an abanded shopping cart. Hope you guys can help me on what to do.
