Good software preferably free for recording desktop screen + audio with zoom features

Can someone recommend a software (preferably free) that allows me to record desktop + audio with zoom features?

I know of many programs that can record desktop + audio (eg. OBS). However, I not sure which offer zoom features. By this, I mean zooming into a particular section if the words are too small for users to see.

This is not for live streaming, just for tutorials. Thanks.

You can use any Recording software and if you need to zoom in just use Windows magnifier, i think that's the best way to do it

Thanks. I just tried that and it is a bit clunky. For example, it takes several attempts to get the zoom right. Furthermore, the zoomed section would cover only a portion of the page. What I wanted to achieve is the entire screen zooming into a particular section. Thanks.
