I am telling you what i know the best For bulk emailing.....
1. SendGrid: Offers robust features for transactional and marketing emails.

I'm shocked so many are recommending Amazon SES for bulk emailing. When you guys refer to bulk email, I assume you mean marketing emails like newsletters, offers, and other things that are borderline spam? I looked into SES years ago and these types of emails were frowned upon. I'm curious if people suggesting SES actually use it? I need an SMTP server to send marketing emails but don't want to jump through hoops to get setup and only have Amazon shut me down. Resend is a service I've been eying and might test out.
 
Most of the known provider will block you on cold/bulk emailing. As soon as your emails starts getting spam complaints.
Since they wont allow there Ips to get blacklisted.
You have to setup your own SMTP server or hire someone who can do it for you

MxRoute is only good for transactional email with a 400 emails per domain per hour limit. Jar (the owner) is very strict and immediately suspends any accounts involved in bulk emails.
