Good sites to post articles for 2015?

So I just purchased 41 articles from member on this site and I am looking for websites that accept articles and allow backlinks.

Does anyone know of any or have a list that they use?

Also, do they still work this way?

Far more than that, I'm interested to know the quality of the articles.
 
Check this list of topquality high pr article submission site's with 2-7 Pr most of them are still working.

Sorry, won't be giving any information related to the niche ;)
I should be receiving them today, they have a 3 day TAT and I think today is #3 but will reply back with my review. You can also check out their website for samples. Not GREAT but not sure what to really think of them yet. Looks like I'll have to be doing some editing to them tho.

Throw in goarticles, it's auto-approved while still being PR5, or at least an automatic DA82 do-folow link.
 
PHP build has a good list up somewhere on the forum but I cant seem to find it, its defo worth spending five mins or so to find it though.
 
I hear ezine articles is very good..
also you can try hubpages, I am not sure how effective that is though
 
Try to get links from authority sites like huffingtonpost.com.
 
Btw articles from ratto suck. Not one of them make sense? Just sound like spun articles taken from the web. No wonder it's so cheap, I guess you get what you pay for
