For free you can use Weebly. There are plenty of videos over YouTube on how to use Weebly for landing pages.
I have also seen somewhere that one can also create landing page in WordPress with the help of a plugin, however that might be a paid option. But it is good as you don't have to worry about spam, as it would be on your domain
