Good setup for cold emailing?

My current cold email setup is working fine, but I have reports that my current provider might be trying to ban people using this setup. So I am looking for alternatives if that happens.

I have read about Gmass and Gmonster and heard mixed reviews.

Do you have any tips on how to build cold email outreach farm? I would prefer to using some service(or use gmail based solutions) rather than build my own mail server solution. Do you have any tips guys?

How many emails per day do you send?
I have used personal gmail for small amounts. I'd just do this in the browser using a plugin, can't remember which. I think I could safely send around 40 or 50 emails per day, so would just switch accounts to send more. There are way better limits on Gsuite though, so if you upgrade then wouldn't need to worry about switching accounts.
Then more recently was sending 1-2000 per day and was using Amazon SES, as long as the users opt out to receive future emails through your website rather than marking your email as spam or through the Amazon link then I had no issues.
If you find people are marking as spam then you could get some restrictions put on through Amazon. Once they gave me a warning because of high bounce, but then I just created a few hundred random email accounts on my own servers/websites to send to, to reduce my spam rate.
 
I would like to send 5-10k per day. Is that possible?

I have good contact list with full name and company, also I validate them so they usually dont mark as spam and bounce rate is low.

If you are looking for 5-10k, and all your data is validated
there is a service here in the marketplace for sending bulk emails through multiple gmails
It would cost you some extra time, a little bit of effort, and money for initial setup and a week or 2 to warmup
But I have seen a much higher response rate than any other service I have tried so far.

That sounds fantastic. Can you point me in the right derection?
 
currently, I am sending 100k a month, with that, I am able to clean my list and delete those emails that did not open the email.

you must warm up the domain, I personally wait 2 weeks before I start sending the daily limit and it works

How many emails do you start with sending? How many do you add per day?
Do i need to use a different proxy for every email i sign into to reply?

the image shows the warmup setting that I use on my domains for the first 2 weeks, once I reach the 3rd week I start sending the limit, so far the domain is working and I have no issues of getting blacklisted.

i use service of $20 a month that allows me to, put any domain, warmup, upload list, clean list, create emails, and have analytics is enough for me

I use to have smtp servers but now I use the service and I don't have to deal with the server issues

Mailshake/woodpecker + mailreach is a good setup for cold email.

If you want to get the majority of them to inbox (>40% openrate) you will need ~20 gmass google workspace accounts


my tip: start small grow big
