Good SEO Tool

Go to googlerankings.com -- somewhat ironically, I found it by searching on google. It's one of those sites that analyzes a URL and comes up with some info. Some or most of the pages need a Google SOAP API key. (some old form of identification used by google, cancelled in 2006/2007, apparently) However, some pages do NOT require the API key, such as the Position Tracking (with no API key, shows the site's META stuff & keyword density) and Website Diagnostics (lets you check some things like Google's last crawl of the site and the robots.txt) pages. They're links at the bottom of the homepage.

Thought the BHW community might want to check this out, although as a newbie I have no idea if it's much good. I did check the search function for something like this, no flames or hatemail please.

Technorati: an estimate of the total number of links to a site from blogs
Alexa: rank based on website traffic . Heavily skewed toward internet marketing and webmaster related resources.
Cached: (Google site shows how many pages from a site are indexed in Google
dmoz: searches the Google Directory to count the total number of pages from a site that are listed in DMOZ, and the total number of pages listed in DMOZ that reference that URL.
Bloglines: shows you how many people are subscribed to a particular blog via Bloglines.
dir.yahoo.com: is a site listed in the Yahoo! Directory or not.
WhoIs: makes it easy to look up the whois data for any site.

I use traffic travies and im happy with the service the free version is good to try it out
