I recently picked topspotseo.com in a godaddy auction, its 9 years old and I think its highly brandable. Any ideas on what this could go for?

what do you think about that a domain still be indexed by google, but the indexed page was some(1-2) domain parking page ?

Yeah its indexed i think, used to have a crappy design and no seo work done at all (no keywords apart from "top spot seo").

Well, If you are putting up a site with some SEO offers, and if u can rank or move some alexa, sure, you are getting some good bids on flippa

I would suggest to first monetize it and then sell it for a better price. In case you are in a hurry to sell it just list the domain at SEDO.
