Good Reseller Hosting?

White label or just something to throw up a logo and let the system do all of the work for you?
Do you need end-user support or will you be doing that on your own?

m sorry i didnt really get you completely... I actually need it for my own use, il be launching a bunch of sites
for some testing ... some level of end user support should be there... otherwise I dont mind learning 2 add a new Cpanel user using WHM and then I'll do that myself... or is there more to it??

I like InnoHosting because of their end-user support.
Other than that, I would most likely end up going with HG.
GoDaddy offers a pretty good reseller program. I do not like their service but it is only $200 year and has a lot of great features.

Another vote for HG - Best setup and support for the $$ IMO

I am not familiar with Downtown Host. From what I could tell, they do not offer end-user support.
It looked like the OP clarified that he doesn't need true end-user support as they are all sites for himself. He just needs "normal" support options for assisting him, which Downtown Host provides. If true direct end-user support is needed, then Innohosting is the way to go! HTH
I guess il go with HG.. as I already have to shared plans with them.. il just add a new package... dunno much about Inno and the other one...
I understand where you're coming from. I was in the same boat at one time where I didn't have any idea who the good hosting providers were. I ended up spending countless hours (and I do mean countless) sifting through everything on WebHostingTalk and came up with a good list of providers.
KnownHost is one of the best, but they don't offer shared or reseller hosting.
Downtown Host is very good and offers excellent prices when you pay in advance.
Innohosting is known for their end-user/client support. This is support provided to YOUR clients on your behalf. It's a great benefit when you actually have clients who may need technical help. They can submit a ticket to Innohosting (with your branding) and have them solve the problem directly or route it to you if they can't. However, it may be a feature you don't need so you'd wind up paying extra for a service that's not needed. FYI - I've been with Innohosting for about 2 years and their support is excellent and they've been rock-solid. I chose them because I needed the client support at the time I signed up.
As for Hostgator, they came out "okay" on my list, but they had more than their share of complaints and have a track record of shady treatment of their customers (like suspending accounts with no notice).

For reseller (my own use, I don't actually resell) I use hostnine. Can't really speak of their user support, since didn't really had to use it much. From what I can recall they answer tickets in about 4-5 hours, so it's not like HG, but what I like about them is that you get to choose the datacenter to create an account on. They have 3 in the US, one in UK and one in Asia.
lol i went ahead with hostgator ... asked for a refund... just realised that I'd launch some sites with the shared hosting that I already have and if what iam trying to do works then il buy a reseller and shift all the sites... why to waste some bux If I just had to launch 5-10 sites initially
