Good Publisher for Video Ads?

I'm trying to incorporate video ads into a content locker on both mobile devices and on the web. Anyone have suggestions on a good company to use for this?

Basically, I want users to watch a video advertisement in order to gain virtual currency on my website.

If you can't manage to handle it with those look into smartwalls or top rated mobile options.

For specific video ads it appears to be best pairs with offerwalls as even high volume networks push other offers alongside them.
