Good Proxy Switcher and Tester in one~

Looking to see if anyone knows of a good program to test proxies against a specific Website to ensure the proxy is in but also with the same program switch/rotate proxies. So to better describe, currently I use Chpag.exe to test against a website to see if the proxy is good. Then I grab that list and import it into Elite Proxy Switcher so it auto rotates proxies after X Minutes. I basically am looking for a program that does both in one program. Ideally this program would also disable the proxies that tested bad against the website so it doesn't get put into rotation.
