Rotating 4G mobile proxies are your best friend. Look into "proxies for sales" section in marketplace for a lot of options!

Mobile proxies on rotation always work on same "ip range" as long as their sims are from the same provider. And that is fine with social media sites

Yes it will surly look suspicious. And if you are running 1 account then why rotate IPs? Generally IPs are rotated to mange multiple accounts.
