I agree with the poster above, getting good quality proxies for cheap would be a little difficult task.

I agree with both members above but I've been using instantproxies without much problem at all, I get the occasional downtime but they are the cheapest option I know of. I also used proxy hub before without any problems

SSL and Squid. Not the cheapest out there but definitely high quality

SSL & Squid are the best. SSL is expensive but reliable, squid can be unreliable but are much much cheaper.

reverseproxies is very good, the guy who runs it always comes through and is really affordable .
