If if buy a residential centurylink proxy for $10 a month from this service, and use it from a US VPS, is it safe to create a US stealth Paypal and login from it?

It is not. First of all there are more denominators to a successful Paypal account. Secondly, passing level 1 of barriers would require you to get a mobile proxy subscription, preferably US proxies since they have higher trust scores.
 
I am using RDP for my PayPal, I see RDP is good from the proxy. Not for all, It's my own experience.
 
want to create stealth paypal ?
buy a vps. use it. you can contact me if needed.
rent a service over here if you are newbie.
better rent a service than do it alone.
do it alone if you have skills.

I was searching on google " cheap windows VPS" Then i was get many provider....
 
Actually, I am using a lot of RDP, like 50+ yes I use USA RDP for my work. Maybe bhw not allow any promotion here, thats why I say you can search on google " Cheap windows vps Or " Buy windows vps" or " Best windows VPS"

Hi, so will I need anything else with the vps like a residential proxy or something to create an US paypal account or just the vps is enough?
 
I think usa VPS is enough bro , no need use any proxy for them. I use myself without any proxy, and getting better service.
