What are some affordable proxies that don't die every few minutes? Been using socks.bz for quite a while, but seems they shut down. Recently been using bigmama, but their proxies are very, very slow, also lightningproxies mobile but seems like Paypal started to detect and limiting accounts. I don't want sites where you have to deposit 50+ bucks just to try and see if it even works. Can anyone suggest any services that are affordable or/and have trial maybe? Thanks

You can buy a real Static ISP proxy which will give you the same IP and unlimited bandwidth
The key to PayPal is your identity verification. If you pass the identity verification, the IP requirements are not very strict. In other words, it is best to use a residential IP. However, if you use PayPal frequently, it doesn't matter if you log in with a VPN.

On the IP side, get mobile proxies and see if that works well for you. Now, you proxy is only one part of the equation. Best to run an assessment of your connection environment just to figure out possible points of failure and cover them. Anti-detection browsers, maybe using a VM, etc., that sort of thing. have used hiqh quality 4g proxies, it works better few days but anyhow Paypal caught them later or sooner.

100% agree with you, been using some sites mentioned a lot on here, and everything works fine for a month or two, then randomly all of the proxies lose quality, become slow, and Paypal acc gets limited because they detect IP quality is very low..

Mobile or residential proxies can both work well for PayPal work. There's tons of providers on the Proxies for Sale section in the BHW Marketplace. Find some providers offering proxies in the country you're after, take out some free trials, do some testing and see what works best for your needs!
How exactly do you warm up the account? I log in occasionally and do small donations/check the info pages etc.
Why not static ISP (good quality of course)? One IP for one PayPal account. And it will look legit. If you'll stay with your IPs, providers will hold it for you. No one will use these IPs and as long as you need it, each PayPal account will be associated with just one IP

Use a good dedicated mobile proxy with an anti-detect browser. Also, adjust the TCP/IP fingerprint of the proxy to match the operating system you're using (e.g., Windows for Windows). Make sure to configure a strong and realistic browser fingerprint for better anonymity.
That's the problem, it's almost impossible to find affordable and functional proxies, whether its mobile or ISP, so I just gamble with sites like bigmama, luxurysocks etc and pray the proxy works as I can't afford currently to pay 50-100$ deposits just to try an 'elite' service
