Good programs for PPI?

Hi everyone! I'm looking to get started in PPI, but I'm looking for programs that people like to install. Preferably paid programs, since offering a cracked version of it usually works well. I'm not neccesarly looking for program names, an idea could be good. Also, I was thinking to make my own steaming program that people can download or view movies from. Is that a good idea? I find it's easier to spread a file rather than spread a website, since it can't really be taken down at the source, because you can't control who uses it and who doesn't.

i think you have to bind a ppi exe in your setup file. so your program gets installed with the ppi exe.
