Good place to sell websites?

I m looking for good places to sell websites, if someone can recommend some place ( if you think its business secret i understand) Some places i thought of :

Site point, Wonder its best place to sell ? lots of people selling websites there.

Ebay: Dunno much people search for websites in there ? also are they ready to pay good price?

DP: hmm wonder if they want pay good / got banned for little time so

if you wanna share any thoughts would be superb

I would say:
SitePoint = #1
DigitalPoint = #2

Obviously sitepoint first because there site is dedicated to selling and buying so you should find many people interested.

Site point, best place to sell websites

Ebay: Great for flipping newb turnkey sites while back ending hosting. Other than that do not expect too much.

DP: DP= kiddie newb forum. They will pay you with monopoly money.

Sitepoint is the best I ever used. I tried selling sites on DP, but the highest I got was $10 while selling it for alot more on sitepoint

Not to beat a dead horse...but....Sitepoint is the best if you've got a developed site that has some revenue. I think the people that "shop" there have money to spend. On the flip side, if it is a new site, I'd go with DP because of a lot of those shoppers don't know their head from a hole in the ground and pay too much for junk sites. At least these two scenarios are the experiences I've had.

Listed my site on Sitepoint not, its optimized for single kw well need to hope it sells

put price only 100$ but did not put too much effort in it, also if it doesn't sell need just start building it

if it sells need try ask more for next site and try find some good price range

Sitepoint all the way. Everything else is childs play..

DP is full of cheapskates who want to pay $30 for a site that you will sell for $300 on Sitepoint.

Again, Sitepoint all the way.

A few words of wisdom when it comes to selling niche start up sites on Sitepoint: The marketplace is getting very saturated, with tons of sites going up every hour.. and a lot of them look the same.. built on free rev themes, same niches etc... If you want to do well on Sitepoint and start off on the right foot, be sure to focus on VALUE. Give the buyer an unbelievable package, and keep value ahead of everything else and you will do just fine.

You can use ebay to sell some minor inexpensive websites that you want to get rid off fast. In all other cases you shoud definitely spend that 10$ and opt for sitepoint, it's the best place to get the optimal price for your website.

Sitepoint #1 place to sell, and Digitalpoint is the worst place to sell good sites, and the best place to buy some nice sites. Need to do your homework check that everything is legit.

Here is a check list of what to do :

- Send a PM to the guy "Will buy your site (1.5 x monthly revenue), this offer only last for 24 hours."
- If he accepts just leave, he's full o' shit.
- If he doesn't accept, send him a PM saying you sent him an email to the email that registered the domain.
- The email should ask for traffic and revenue records if you don't already have them.
- Make sure you ask him to show you referrals, you need to know if he bought the traffic, and if those adsense stats are faked. VERY EASILY DONE
- Your the one paying, make sure you don't send it to a non verified account, and you should be relatively safe, if you don't like what you see take your money back, and give the site back, or keep it your choice.
