Good place to find reliable basic workers?

The hire a freelancer section here at BHW. There are actually alot of reputable, honest workers who reply to those threads.

Trust me, there are users around here who would do those tasks for that amount of money.
Indeed I know of a website and it's a pretty good one to be honest, you set your budget and how much you pay per task, then if people are interested they go ahead and do it, then provide you with proof before you have to pay them
.Simply google minute workers.
Note the support at minute workers in terms of forum and the "contact us" is absolutely terrible and awful, I had to charge back my money I put on to the site because they would not reply to me, fair enough to them though they let me win the dispute.

Personally, i'm not fond of Odesk. ALOT of scammers operate there.
My recommendation as well - Microworkers.

Honestly, I'd recommend oDesk.
I've hired several workers, for likely similiar mundane boring work, full time for only $200/mo for this kind of work.
My recommendation though is to make sure that you get the RIGHT person.
I always create a simple straight forward test job for everyone, and try out as many qualified applicants as possible. That way if one person fails in the future, I've got a couple backups.
The small test job is essentially a gig thats one or two parts of the "overall" gig.
Finally, hire and fire quickly. If for some reason the person that you end up hiring sucks, move on quickly. Don't take the excuses. Sure things happen in life, but often thoes can be a good indicator of future work habits.

This reminds me by the way and I am in no way an affiliate of the product nor do I know much about how good it is but if you google for something called ubot, if you use discount code WSO you can get lifetime of it for only $190 and you could automate practically anything online (scraping lists, registering to website, commenting). you can even make it to automatically verify accounts when you signup as well.
Just think it's worth checking out as it may end up being cheaper for you in the long run.
*Note* - For all I know the software is really bad, I have only seen a few videos of it and it looks like it does it's job.

after outsourcing over 700 hours i agree to the above post, including the recommendation of odesk. When I hire someone I take the hiring process.as a serious job which takes time. I have an interview (per.mail) and a short test. Weeds out the auto replies and.lazy.bums.
