What is a good, easy to use, online website designer I can use to create custom landing pages? Think Dreamweaver, but an easier online version.

    It needs to be:
    - Easy to use
    - Downloadable files so I can upload them to my own server (i.e. they don't force me to use their hosting)
    - Accessible from any web browser (not a desktop app)
    - No ads or links from the provider

    Any ideas?

I found Adobe Rome which looked perfect. The development is no longer active, but you can still use it. Unfortunately when I go to upload the sites to my server they don't work. And there is no more support for this product.

Here you go. Don't know if it is exactly what
you are looking for, but you can give it a shot.

Ultimately, the best investment you can make in
yourself and your business is to take the time to
    learn WordPress. You won't be sorry . . .

I'm already very familiar with wordpress. But I want to create 1 page landers, not wordpress sites.

And thanks for the sarcastic "let me google that for you". I have been googling for hours, and still nothing.

I found it quite useful to be honest.

Thanks for the Ckeditor suggestion. Already looked into this one. Unfortunately its too restrictive, doesn't have all the features I need.

Have you looked at FrontPage? It should be able to do what you need.

I would suggest. Weebly. Pretty good and simple to use and allows for downloads for reup like you want.
