Hi, I'm a new girl in here.
(sorry for my english, I'm not from the US)

First of all, I discovered this amazing site thanks to my friend. I was looking for a solution to purchase an offshore hosting plan.
I'm planning to develop 5 different websites. I have the first one almost done, but I need to transfer everything via ftp to finish it well.

There will be copyright contents, porns and warez linkings (I'm not planning to host any file on my sites, maybe embbed video streaming, but nothing more illegal than that).

All the sites will be under maintenance for some months. So I shouldn't face any problem of complaining at the beginning.

So I'd need the best solution, a shared hosting & offshore to finish all my websites before attracting visitors.

I would like a cheap one, but good one, with unlimited traffic, and good support.

I found this one after a lot of research:
    imperial-host (I cannot post links sorry but it's a dotc0m)
There are established in Russia and India. They have really cheap prices, and the online staff immediately replied to all my questions.
They accept nulled script, warez linking, and porn.

They seemed serious, but they told me that they have been in the business since 2008, and after searching for more information, I found that the website was created only 2 months ago, and I couldn't find any reviews about their service.

What do you think about this one?

What would you recommand me, if you have a good offshore hosting in mind that will fit my need?
I insist. This will be for private use in the first time. Untill my websites are fully developped. Want a serious company with experience in offshore hosting.

Thanks in advance for your help and Sorry for the long reading! :D

    Hi stabelayer.

Thank you for your offer, but I may look for unlimited brandwith first, I need to code and test all my sites.
I'm not an expert with the calculation of brandwith.

Let's admit that I spend all the day on my comp to code my stuff. There will probably be one more person to help me coding these sites too.
So 2 visitors 24h/day on your host. What brandwith should I take?
    What about domain names addon?

I'd like a company that offers a VPS service too, so that it is easier for me to upgrade when I will open my sites to visitors.

    Thanks

Imperial-host server is in US - see here:
    Code:
    http://www.ip-adress.com/whois/imperial-host.com
I have been throughout the world in my research. You might want to check out the following:
    Code:
https://admin.2x4.ru indicated to be operated out of the Seychelles but actually Russia, Netherlands, and Ukraine, and I think in North America now too.
    http://hostpro.ua/ru is in Ukraine
    http://steephost.om is Ukraine
    http://bulletproof-web.com/Europe-BulletProof-Servers/ is Ukraine
2x4 is promoted by trophaeum who is an administrator here and has been very helpful in my research. 2x4 now has some well priced shared servers as well as a couple of reasonable VPS for later.

    Hope this helps,
    DW

I'd recommend Underhost for offshore. I just went to them recently, and their support always answers me in minutes. Really good prices.

    Hey,

Don't go for "unlimited bandwidth", it's always capped at one point. And being realistic 2 visitors 24x7 on one site isn't going to take a hell of alot bandwidth. 50GB should be enough in my opinion. As per VPS's, we've have them coming very soon.

    Thanks.
