Good offers / good networks?

I'm interested to know if any of you guys know of affiliate networks or even direct affiliates that have "make money" , "work from home" programs that will ACTUALLY pay if you put in the hours.

If I have a list of people where I am providing them with opportunities to make money, it would kill my reputation if I informed them of a survey site where they were required to pay money up front but would take years just to recoup.

Tons of them will make you money. Mostly the problem is people don't do anything, and they just think that beacuse the own a WAH opp, that they make money by having it si on their hard drive.

cj.com has a couple, clickbank has more than you can handle.

I've checked CJ... but I want products that actually work. I have a list of subscribers who want to work for their money. I would like to provide them with a solution where they could average $12 / hour or so.

Most of the products from CJ or CB won't validate a product that will actually work for consumers (eg. surveys, get rich quick schemes), appreciate your comments but any other ideas?
