the niches that are easy to get into don't have good ads monetization but you might be able to get sponsorships but might is doing a lot of heavy lifting there.
How much content can you produce and how fast and at what quality. That's what youtube about these days. If you can produce a lot of decent quality content consistently then you can make it profitable.
If not, you're just wasting your time.

Any thing entertainment niche generally is a booming niche, but at the moment I would recommend AI reviews.

be careful with entertainment because youtubes new rules are making fair use claims less viable. This is directly affecting entertainment type channels or react channels.
If you're using someone else content as a part of your own videos be careful. They can come take all your coins. or worst yet takedown your entire channel.

You can screen out some niches of your interest.Then use vidIQ or other tools to check it's competition.Choose the best then.

Currently, You can try to make video where you summarize a whole movie, I am seeing some good youtube channels and they are rising and video is going viral
