Good News, Magazine Theme to start with?

Hi guys,

Please can you recommend me your best shot of News, Magazine Theme to start with?
Yesterday one awesome guy uploaded Newspaper Theme which is best on marketplace in this time but without index.php I cant create Child Theme so I would lost Theme after upload I guess?
Kindly please recommend me best solution I can give you some likes here on BHW atleast for now.
With budget I will 100 percet buy Newspaper but without budget right now, looking for some good solution I can start kicking it with.

Downloaded from there bro, tried like 3 versions but aint working if its outdated, this guy posted me newest version but without index.php I probably cant make Child Theme and after Theme update I would lost it with hours invested in designing so looking for other solution, it can be free theme just want some opinions but thanks

Yes but dont know about some good free? I want invest in Newspaper later I really like this one but dont have budget atm so need free solution.. looking for best alternatives
