i asked danny about the new rules with e-mail verification system and he sent me this message:
Sorry for my late reply.
I needed to get some confirmation from HQ before contacting you and it unfortunately took more time that I had hoped.
To answer your question: You initially got credit for every join that submitted the 2nd page of the join form.
Hence conversions being off the hook.
Unfortunately due to many fraud joins and unproductiveness of incoming joins across the board, this has since October this has been changed.
You now get credit for the free joins that confirm their email address, just like with any other pay per email program.
and then i mailed him back asking him why don't they change the verification system:
i understand that. thanks for response. but why don't you change the e-mail verification system? like the one the forums use... the users recive one mail with a verification link and the only thing they have to do is click that link... the rude verification system is harder to use and i think most of the internet users aren't familiar with it... it would be better for all if rude would change the system... it's easier and it gives the same results.. pls e-mail me with your opinion..
and he said that rude will change it's verification system so it will be much easier for users to confirm their mail.. and that equals more money
