Good news for Penguin Update

With the recent Google Penguin update, it has become nearly impossible for small content based websites to stay competitive with large publishers like eHow, WikiHow, Yahoo Answers and Amazon.

Countless webmasters have seen their livelihoods vanish overnight. In a recent interview, Sergey Brin came out against "Walled Gardens" of the likes of Facebook and expressed worries about the direction that the internet. Ironically, the Penguin update has created a similar garden that only admits multimillion dollar publishing platforms.On personal level, this update has ruined small online businesses, passive incomes and families livelyhoods worldwide. The following are stories from independent publishers that has lost everything.

Besides for the spelling mistakes or typos, I doubt this petition will play any role in Google rolling back the Penguin update.

Finally someone stepped up to write a articles about the update but i think it useless tho because it hardly will affect anything
 
A better use of your time, if you want G to change, is to go to the G help forums and bitch, or bitch on the SEO blogs G reads like SearchEngineLand. Bitch to Matt Cutts on Twitter.

G doesn't care about BHW, the more pain we're in the happier they are. It's a adversarial relationship. But G and Matts Cutts do get involved with the broader SEO community.
 
who says ...... you think google is interested in that ???

there where guys which said in a view years the internet will be in the hands of a view pages and it seems like they are right.
 
How do you see this as good news? Google have always applied one set of rules to themselves and a completely different set of rules to everyone else. Google does not care that it is being hypocritical, never have and never will.

I would rather go ahead and create 5 NEW websites to compete for every niche that I lost my rankings in. I would use 5 different types of SEO strategies to rank the sites and in the end, whatever update the google does, ONE of my 5 sites will always be on the top and hence, I shall always be making money.


Don't put all your eggs in the same basket. Remember? It doesn't only apply to the monetization technique but also to the websites. Make your own sites to compete against eachother.
 
Where's this good news of which you speak? Google won't care about us. They are focused on the million dollar corps that are paying G a lot of money for adsense ads and such.
 
Google is trying to force everybody to but into there programs and eliminate us IM people that like to do things free...they will double there earnings from this update I guarantee you that.
