Great victory for Kim.
I like it when people with money come up against the authorities, it always levels the playing field (anyone else would have been walked over).
 
Yeah, that sounds great. Hope his new venture in nz is also working fine...(Y)
 
There is nothing about justice, that data are his own property - since he didn't do any crime with them - normally are belonging to him and he has the rights to claim back. About what he's doing further that will have to see.
From my point he has to behave more and to stay low profile, then he'll win all the opened wars :)
Anyway cheers to an old pal :)
 
I think before its all over he is going to do a plea deal and get 5 years probation.
