I can assure you, the information you have been given by the previous Amazon Associates representative about our payment options is correct, and no one has lied to you. The Amazon Associates Program only provides payment via check or Amazon.com gift certificate to members who are outside of the US.

I do want to make sure I've noted that there is no connection between Amazon and Payoneer, We're two separate companies, and Amazon doesn't use third-party payment services. The blog post you referenced does explain how to use their service with an Amazon Sellers account (which is different from Associates), but we're neither sponsoring nor endorsing their services.
