Good networks with email submit offers?

Haven't dealt with CPA in a couple of years, but I want to try to run some email submit offers. Anyone have recommendations or experiences with networks they would like to share? Thanks.

I tried this the last few days, did not get any returns. I was wondering, how damn far does someone have to go on the submit email to get credit? It seems like it goes on and on forever. Or do the leads not show up right away?

Well i recently Joined FileVent and actually the results are quite better, my revenue boosted i will share my complete method later on BHW

Go with Peerfly and Maxbounty Both are good and have high converting email submits.
