Good networks for PPC

I've searched and searched about networks with great PIN Submit offers, but i simply can't find anyone.
The only one i found is Peerfly (waiting for approval).
Hoping to find a good one so i can start promoting them through Bing Ads, so if you know any good network, then please post it in the reply section
