I like the KW planner for finding long tails. Once you have the target KW picked you can put it in there and use the filters ("Keywords to include").
I go through the list picking out the ones I like and add them to the plan. When I hit the end copy to clipboard, add all those into the search field and repeat.
Have a nice long list of long tails in no time.

i will try. long tail keyword have low monthly searches. am i right.

If you're gonna use it more than once, yes it is. You can find good keywords with already applied filters.

I use SEMRockets Keyword Finder. It delivers upto date search metrics & the keyword ideas would be hard too beat. It even shows you the competition.
