Scrapebox can do this with the Automator plugin. Also I think that Ahrefs had something similar, too.
And apart from these 2, there are a few SEO tools that I've seen offering this capability, but I'm not sure which ones, but they're on this list that I've posted a few days ago:

AHREFS does but don't think it's frequent enough and it shows all lost links, even spammy ones you don't want to track

I think nothing beats Google search console. Any link not found there, it’s useless.
