If half of the applicants buy its around 30 persons a day. to make $300 profit he must be making $10 PROFIT from each drink. It doesn't really make any sense.

also doing 50-60 interviews a day is not really passive income.
 
this seems short term, he will burn out in months and spend all the money on liquor feeling tired
