Good Hosting Provider With Dedicated IP?

I believe that hostforweb actually assigns a dedicated IP to the basic package as well even though the page says they don't.
Hostgator is 12.95 for a dedicated IP.

Just contacted hostforweb it's an extra $2 anyone have other suggestions?

BLUEHOST?? No way I won't recommend them. I have found many downtime with their server and most of the times slower connection.Certainly not for business use.
Hostgator I am planning to try it next time.Since they have different level package and you can upgrade your package as you grow.

if you want to know if a host is reliable, type their name and the word review into google. don't be surprised if you see lots of bad news tho...
