Now a days almost all the hosting companies accepts paypal for the payment process. And about the hosting for WP you can check the customer reviews about each hosting company and their various plans so that you can a clear view on it and from that you can select the one that is reliable for you.

I personally use hostforlife.eu to host my wordpress site. You can try them.

Other alternative is using asphostportal. Good luck

Digital ocean lover here. Easy to mod the host according to your specs and damn easy to upgrade. Great community support is another plus. I use germany as the hosting location btw.
