from a SEO perspective, the title that has the words with the most search volume and / or the lowest competition (depending on your preference)

from a reader's perspective, it doesn't matter because some people prefer one title and other people prefer the other one

I would go for second one too, as it is easy to grab !
Preference and perspective changes with induvidual.
Think as a user or search for some review blogs and see which makes you interesting to open the article / blog
