Good guide for getting videos ranked in Youtube?

I've been shamefully lazy as far as YouTube is concerned, because it hasn't been relevant for me. Can anybody recommend a good guide about how YouTube rankings work and how to manipulate them. The more black hat the better.

i'm going to plough the forums and see what's been written now.

It's just on and off site SEO as usual. And a little light into the off site SEO, high PR contextual links, video links, blog network.
