good graphic artist needed

Need a vector piece done that's pretty simple, pretty much combining
an iron eagle like this

Obviously this would have to be like a solid vector piece, prefered psd in white on black bg. hit me up on aim (see sig) if you think you can do this relatively fast, and to haggle out a price with me!
