Good $$ From Playstation Network Outage

I'm not going to spoonfeed you, but here's an idea for a quick and easy promotion method based on the PSN being down.

The forum below is the official forum thread keeping everyone updated on the current situation and there's A LOT of people looking for stuff to do (apparently they have no lives outside of gaming!) :

All you need is some good game offers. I know WSM have plenty at $2 per free signup (Last Chaos which is similar to World Of Warcraft). Think of ways of getting people to sign up and play. Use a URL shortener such as www.smartdots.com if you'd rather use a free option.

The only catch - the forum isn't accepting registration atm so you already need a forum account hence why I'm not jumping on this. There's gotta be someone out there who has and can make use. If not it's a good example of thinking outside the box.

The idea should work but don't gun me down if there's any hitches

Nice method and it can definitely be applied for other forms of virtual crack. People will spend hours on the game forums if their game is unavailable.
