Yeah, they look nice but it's not what I'm looking for..
I just need the most simple theme ..
Does anyone know how much it will cost to hire someone to make a very very simple theme?

This can do whatever you want and it's free except for dev license. Drag and drop to build squeeze page or you can build a whole elaborate site from it with no knowledge of code.

Go to screen options in the upper right. There's a little down arrow that opens up all the different wordpress options available and check the ones that apply to what you are doing with the page

Hey, thanks. How do I remove/replace images? There's a logo called "Paw Inc" which I obviously don't want...

Otherwise your best bet would be to pay someone in the developer threads to build something for you.

Yeah, I'm thinking about buy one, but I don't have the biggest budget.. I need the most simple theme, so I should be able to get it for a pretty cheap price.

It doesn't get much simpler than that, and it's highly customizable. The mediafire link is the theme or you can find it in the downloads section in themes. It's extremely simple and free, if that doesn't work for you, you have to hire someone because its easier than building a page on weebly or blogger

On wordpress.org you will find a lot of landing page theme. It is really easy to create landing page with those themes. You can try any of these themes "Ultimate Landing Page", "WordPress Landing Pages" , "Ultimate Landing Page and Coming Soon Page".
