Good Free Bots for Scraping articles?

I'm in need of a bot or some ad on that will scrape just the articles of specific sites. I Have a news site that I get content from other news sites. I need a bot that will scrape new articles so i don't have to manually check back every so often to copy and paste. Any info or little tricks are appreciated.
